Can You Tell Me about the Health Benefits of Ginger Tea?

I was wondering if you know anything about ginger tea. My son got some and wanted to know the best time to drink it morning or night. Also is it good for weight loss?

Ginger tea is great in the winter for fighting off colds ,flu and sore throats. If you are going to sweeten it, I suggest you use a honey from your local bee keeper. It contains allergens that will help build up your immune system to the local pollen etc.

As far as when to drink ginger tea, you may drink it any time of the day or night.

Ginger tea is also great for settling an upset stomach and nausea.

If you want, add green tea to your ginger tea for a metabolism boost for weight loss .

Oh how I love an invigorating cup of ginger tea on a cold winter night! Enjoy!

I have fribo. I take a cup every night before I go to bed . It helps me sleep lesss pain in the morning.

Ginger Tea is so refreshing to the belly as it is to the body. Do not hesitate to enjoy a cup of Ginger Tea any time you wish. When I was a little girl I remember my mother would add milk, honey, and a bit of butter, what was the purpose? I do not know, I only know it was delicious. And I have tried making it the way she did, but her touch was unique. So please follow Elaine's words of wisdom and enjoy Ginger Tea, it definitely is a very good thing! GOD Bless!
