Red raspberry leaf tea pregnancy

Drinking raspberry leaf tea during pregnancy near the end of term is said to help with labor. It has been explained to me by one who is experienced with herbal tea recipes.

How red raspberry tea helps

The uterus is like a tight rubber band. It needs to stretch to allow the babies head to push through the birth canal more easily. Red raspberry tea is said to cause the uterus to be more elastic during labor. This will help it stretch like a rubber band. Divinitea carries loose leaf tea and herbals that include red raspberry leaf in their blend.

Now this same herbal tea, Sage Woman, makes a good hot drink too. Whatever my daughter is in the mood for, a hot or cold drink, Sage woman is available to make her comfortable.
