*White tea explodes onto the skin care scene*
Green tea has always gotten all the publicity for being the best tea to help our bodies fight free radicals. It is certainly a good choice. We know it is rich in antioxidants.
Now scientists are realizing white tea which has even more of the anti oxidants or polyphenols than green tea is another excellent choice for both beauty care and physical well being.
Dr. Andrew Weil a noted physician educated at Harvard Medical School is unique in the world of medicine. He advocates integrative medicine, or both natural and chemical therapies.
On the subject of skin care and anti aging he recommends products containing Silver Tip White Tea as a defense for our skin.
I don't know about you, but I'm going to start reading those labels.
